Good old days indeed, but the game has a lot more depth to it now. Honestly, it is possibly the most evolved non-MOBA multiplayer game in a long time. I've never had a game that has changed so much since release in terms of mechanics, balance, and "free" content packs. Not to mention new powers that don't exist in the single player, an entirely new enemy faction to the game (but not the series), and maps that are more than just re-used assets... although those maps are probably put together from map/level sections for SP that got scrapped.

I played in the demo days, but this game has become something mature, with depth and strategy, a dedicated community, and tons of fun, even with its flaws. I'm not saying I don't miss the way some things were (sabotage for instance, along with Glacier's extra room-- it was already the smallest map, and grabable pyros), but I like where this game has gone.

I can't wait for BioWare's next venture into multiplayer, because frankly, it ended up being a lot more engaging than the singleplayer.
