Actually, I'm going to continue with this. ME1, we had this. Since Drew was around. Am I going to blame Drew for this?

And during ME2, we had DA1 and DA2, which had this.

Posted Image

And this.

Which Mac Walters wasn't even involved in.

Wakeup call. Bioware as a company, makes overly sexualized characters. Mostly woman. They make characters with big boobs, exposed skinned, high heels, and tight clothes. Now if that's something you don't like about them as a company, then that should be your complaint.

It is what sells unfortunately.

At least in DA:O, I could put Morrigan in some armor.

Just because I understood where you where trying to go, and it was nowhere good, doesn't mean that I even remotely liked it.

Deadpool9 wrote...-Mac also unwittingly expressed skepticism of a Shepard-centric Mass Effect movie.  The interviewer asked him about creating a Shepard-centric comic, and Mac's reasoning against it can easily be applied to the movie, too.

That's like saying Star Wars is too Luke Skywalker centric. Shepard IS Mass Effect. While you can go and explore other characters and themes, he will be the one everyone comes back to and wants to see, especially since ME3 gave us no closure on his fate.

I have no problem with bioware's character design as long as their is more tot he character than simply her, or his, sexy body.

Isabela, Morrigan, Miranda, Thane, Fenris, Liara at times, all of them, they got good character to go with an attractive design, so I don't even bat an eye or even notice how their sexually attractive until an actual romance starts going.

Benezia and, as much as I like him as a character, Jacob on the other hand. Well...they have much to be desired.

As soon as I saw this picture. I thought Miranda right away. i think this female character bearse an uncanny resemblence. Despite the difference in hair colour.

An all new Mass Effect story?

::looked at ME3's conclusion::

Pass

Hey, hey, iakus. No need for that. Gears of War has a decent ending. They might just lift that and there you go. :P

Seems like it's about slaves.

Anyways, I'll give it a read maybe.

Or maybe, like I mentioned in an earlier post, she's fighting against Citadel's bad guys, and maybe this is one of their operations. She may be looking for their leader, or for an influent figure within the organization (who may be the claw gauntlet guy.)

I think they're slaves (or at least the boy is), because she asks the boy if he wants to be free. Because it's either that, or they're prisoners. And I doubt kids become prisoners much.

Well... I was implying that the organization could deal with slavery.

Hey... Wait a minute...

I get the feeling this is a human organization. (The image of Citadel that showed the enemies showed only two humans (although this doesn't count as much), the claw gauntlet guy is human, and appears to belong to that organization, given the colors of his clothes and of the enemies' armor, and if my other personal theory is right, the fact that the bald guy who got killed MIGHT confirm that the organization IS human, and slavery is one of its favored activities.)

ME: Foundation issue #1 comes out on Wednesday, July 24th, via comic book stores or Dark Horse Digital.

But first, the free Joker comic book comes out on Free Comic Book Day, Saturday, May 4th.

Isabela's appearance actually makes sense with her character, as does Morrigan's. Benezia? Not so much.

Not to seem totally ignorant, but what exaclty does he mean when he says "many people have understood -- sometimes with the help of the Extended Cut -- where we were trying to go with that"
Where exactly were they trying to go with the endings? I'm just not quite understanding. Is he referring to the conflict being finally over? or that each ending we have to feel the weight of our decisions?

Just noticed this article at the comicbookresources.com. So instead of making a new thread I'll bump the first thread that mentions it.

A noteable reveal of this interview is that he's seemingly been involved with every DLC in the last year.

One of the mandates I set forth for the team when we started working on "Citadel" was, "This should feel like wish fulfillment not just for fans, but for developers. What have I not explored that I've been missing?"

article

I was under the impression that he was going to write some Warhammer40k stuff and was leaving ME and Bioware behind. Is he still working for Bioware or is he a Dark Horse Comic employee?

I think the Citadel DLC will fill in Shep on some of the things that are gonna happen in this comic...and then they're gonna expand on it in more detail by showing it to us from different perspectives.

So.... I played through Citadel's main story twice now and I didn't see **** about slavers or foundations... unless

unless

!!!! The book is about Space templars trying to recalim the ark of the Covenant!

Maybe we need a "Citadel DLC Extended Cut" to make it clearer.
