Alright so I've been playing the Xbox version of dragon age for roughly 2 years or so now and up until a week ago I have always put Alistair on the throne either with or without Anora, with one exception which I didn't bother to check back on. Recently however, I went and played through the game and upon finishing the Landsmeet I checked the codex to see if it was going to do the same thing it did before by deposing anora and putting Alistair alone on the throne instead of my human noble (male) marry anora, went through did a bunch of tests and nothing.
So the question I have is rather simple, is this a bug that affects all versions (PC, Xbox, PS3) of the game or is there a version that does not feature this? Any help would be appreciated.

Are you asking about a bug in codex entries? There are a lot of those in the game and they're across all versions.

Sorry its a bit unclear... did you marry Anora?
The endings are really tangled, and the dialogue choices really matter, is Alistair hardened?, Logain alive or dead (and who killed him)?

Sorry for being a bit unclear, so Alistair is unhardened and the one to kill Loghain, I chose to marry anora both at the estate and at the landsmeet. Anora says that she's going to marry me and Alistair remains alive not exiled/killed, landsmeet ends. Checks the Codex to see if that's the decision that was recorded, it isn't. The descision that appears says Alistair was chosen to be king and anora is deposed.

A reload of a save fixed it up, at least for one player.
I'm curious about your epilogue slides?
Should have said (Anora's codex entry):
"In the end, Anora kept her throne, with 'Player' now her king-consort."
You may wish to use a modd... there are some that clean up the epilogues
