Did anyone actually get theirs? I had issues getting my characters uploaded when I originally installed the character creator. I tried again last night and was able to login and save, but I have not see where/how you actually get the ring.
I was planning on trying to apply the collectors edition codes last night also, but after seeing the issues others were having I thought to wait. I hope they get it all sorted out, and the people that had code issues end up getting their content.

You need to actually upload the character, not just save it. The button wasn't the most obvious thing initially. Once I uploaded the ring did automatically download the next time I launched the game.

Already uninstalled the CC but if memory serves me right it's under the character's portrait once you finished char creation. Somewhere at the right side of the screen I think?

Is the CC locked out for any reason? I've tried uploading two different chars but it always errors out when I try to upload.

Ah! Success! This was probably the fourth time I tried uploading, and I did get a time-out error again, but when I logged in to the game it showed a new download available - the ring!
1) I downloaded and installed the creator program
2) I created and saved a character, and on the last screen of the created character profile I hit the Upload button.
3) It gave me a timeout error, so i tried again the next day (had to go to edit/delete character and go through each screen until the last one, which has the upload button). and the day after that. Today was a few days after the last time I tried.
4) I got the timeout error again, but the server grabbed enough info to know what was going on this time, and made the ring available for me to download in the actual game.

This may be coincidence, but in my attempts to upload a character I found no initial success. I attempted 8 or so uploads with timeouts and no lucky stone. However, at the upload screen, after logging in, I selected to view my online profile. After doing so, it took me to my character list and then I was able to upload successfully on the first attempt.
Whether it was a fluke or not I cannot say, but anyone late in discovering and desiring the lucky stone may have some luck using this method. It also updated my information which had been weeks old--it showed a level 7 warrior just out of lotherine which I cleared the game with weeks ago--and may also be a symptom of the same issue.
