Probably was the glitch with the gift pack. A bit unfair, but not sure if BW will roll them back. Sounds like a lot of work if they can't script it somehow.

It's very easy to compare someone's number of promo weapons to how many Operations they've completed. Some of us do have level X promos but that's because we've been playing the game for so long now (some may even have two or three if they are super lucky). A cheater should be reported and dealt with, it's not fair to the legitimate players who have to wait once a week to have a chance at a promo weapon.

Not at levevl thirty six. If he has played since day one and never promoted, then he would be N7 120, because that is waht lvl you are when all classes max out..
