This site can be quite a stressful grind with all the bickering, negativity, and just plain annoyance. So where do you go or what do you do to blow off steam and detoxify your brain when this place gets too unbearable?

I'll go first.

I play ME MP, hang out in the off-topic section, or just go to ylutibe for.a while. If all else fails, I go and read a book.

At times I go play more Mass Effect.
Also I go to the rifle range down the road which is a perfect way to blow off steam.

No, I like seeing people get upset about something that will never change. It's very entertaining^_^

My break of BSN is called "Tumblr" and lasts since 8 months now. I'm only stopping by briefly for the "what's new" site of my FL and avoid to use the forum in general. Much less facepalming this way.

Also this is a topic for the OT- section, not Mass Effect ;)

I'll normally buzz around on here for a week or so, then forsake the internet for a month. I have a stressful schedule.

Sometimes I am too busy for BSN. And sometimes I rather spend my spare time playing games. With my new rig that happens often these days. Then I also have my RL friends which I like to see too. :)

These days I mostly hang out at the Ubi forums to talk about Watch Dogs, Farcry 3 and the new AC.

Bsn is pretty good i think. we are having a discussions about the game and its flaws or sometimes it's good moments.
The WORST forum ive been was Gamespot's system wars. Most people in there are passive sheep that litteraly hate games that do not belong to their system of choice.

 I will now.

Won't be playing much MP anymore and the SP will speak for itself after Citadel comes out.

Get called back for one thing or another once to twice a week. I keep it to a minimum. I am here only when called. Otherwise, I play SWTOR, do my job and live my life. Being here on a Saturday is odd. I am usually too busy but eh. :D

I visit BSN on most days for the Mass Effect and Dragon Age forums. I sometimes read the off-topic section as well. When I'm not on the BSN though I'm usually hanging around on Bethesda's forum. :)

I've been a lot less active in the last couple of months, this trend is likely to continue in the coming days.

Sure. From time to time, you have to "detox". This forum takes its toll.

I check it at least once a day for various news, messages, and the occasional funny thread. Try to avoid reading any really negative threads regarding the endings, Me3's quality, and anything to do with bashing Bioware. Mind you that's not because I don't agree with some of the criticsms. In fact you go back several months and I'd be right there with you saying the same thing.

Just tired of it. It's been a year and people act like it was yesterday. Sooo I'm done with getting seriously involved in those threads. It's not like I can add anything that hasn't been said before.

Sadly the person I talk to the most on here decided to take repeated vacations for months at a time because this forum is still too negative, and they've been repeatedly attacked in PMs for having an opinion.

If DA3 turns sour then I may just need to abandon this place becaues it'll only get worse.

I'll still make some armor mods for you guys though :)

Yeah sure I take breaks. I spent the months before a game comes out stalking the forums, check the reactions of other's after my first or second playthrough and then only come back if tumblr tells me there have been news.
Right now with the announcement of the newest DLC I'm back to spending all my time on here but when that's done I'll probably just be back when DA3 news start rolling in.

Nevermind BSN or the Internet, the entire world is full of bickering, negativity, and annoyance.

BSN is tame in comparison.

Get used to it.
