i was woundering are the mobs always the same level or do they get harder as u level like in oblivon just woundering

There is some level scaling, but there are floors and ceilings for enemy levels in different areas (e.g. Orzammar has a floor of 10+).

In simple terms:



Each monster depending of the area has a minimum and maximum possible level.

So yes monsters are auto leveled, but within defined limits.
