Just doing games with randoms with only 2 medigel available is a pain.
I'm getting better and better though, I haven't failed a Silver match in a while! ;D

No innuendo STILL? I ez disappoint
1/10 would not bang despite paper sack.
May I ask you why it matters who makes a thread? Isn't it about the content?
OT: Good job! I remember starting out gold with my Krogan Soldier, I played a 'support' role by soaking up lots of damage.

I disagree.
Players are either able - or not able - to play Gold. No Kit is a magic Win Button. Seasoned and skilled players interpret a class' skills as usable by an expert player. But - that is not how unskilled or unseasoned players use them.
Hence, the abundance of Warlord Synch-Kills, and abundance of AIU's dying in a sea of enemies (and being synch-killed) in the last week.
What the kits primarily provide is a crutch to get past short-comings in your manifest - they still require skill or knowledge to use.

Yes, exactly!
They help us get used to the difficulty, which we will later be able to do with our favorite characters and when have better equipment/consumables.
I'm not really a new player, I've played this game before on a shared account and it's only now that I have the opportunity to play as often as I do and to get used to Gold Difficulty!
"i"m not really a new player" So you mean that it was difficult before to play gold?

I had alooot of things open to me then but I never moved forward in Difficulty, and I didn't explore anything beyond Biotic characters.
I would play Asari and mostly the Fury when I had the chance to play! ;D

Look, she's saying that the AIU is allowing her to play Gold. If she continues to play Gold on the AIU, she'll eventually get good enough to play Gold on with characters that aren't the AIU.
I started only being able to play Gold either camping on FBW/G/G, or playing as a Kroguard. Those are both two very easy ways to play Gold. Now, I can use whatever character I want, on whatever difficulty I want, with whatever gun I want.

I'm enjoying the AUI. I decided to go a bit weird with her off the bat, so I had fun and made her into a melee build. I love everything about it except the tracking on the Heavy Melee... which is awful!
I have a bad habit of underusing that Repair Matrix, though. I keep saving it "for emergencies," and like Shadow Strike, Biotic Charge, Shield Boost, and many other powers, "Emergencies" is exactly when it stops working properly.
I need to work on using Repair Matrix as a combat Tactical Power, and not think of it as an emergency heal button.
She's mine! Back, fiend! Go back to your Shadow!

No. Playing a kit that's just as powerful, and MUCH more forgiving does NOT make you play "better", which would ultimately lead to you being able to play other kits on Gold.
This, playing a VARIETY of kits, with a VARIETY of weapons forces you to become a better overall player. Its the VARIETY to does it. And that variety is essentially made worthless by the TGI 2.0
