I like power-based builds, but the Cabal...all of her offensive powers are DoT-based. It's vastly inefficient to keep Poison-Striking/Meleeing an enemy when you know they're going to be dead through the poison. It's not like a Vorcha melee build where you keep meleeing until they die. The Cabal seems like she can swiftly move from one target to the next without even seeing the enemy die in front of her eyes.
How do I know when I should stop meleeing an enemy and move on to the next? Or should I just melee one enemy, Poison Strike to the next, and circle around each enemy on the map until they all die?
Cabal Vanguard - How do I know when to "move on" from an enemy?

Yeap. The latter. Poison blades, melee, strike, more poison blades, strike, focus, repeat.
