how do i see wut the current patch is for the game like some 1 told me its 1.3 or 1.2 i cant rember

To my understanding, current patches and their notes can always be found at the following URL. Note, too, that there is typically a stickied announcement made in this section of the forums by a member of the Bioware staff when a new patch is released and with details regarding that patch.
