Are the weapons damage and power damage bonuses from melee synergy rank 6a really only on the weapon's or power's base value?   Nardia is showing it only from their base.   

If that is the case, It doesn't seem as rewarding now since they only last 20 seconds, and basically I can get the same thing from simply running passives.
