The Turian Gun Witch is a battlefield stalker. She can quickly dispose of small groups of soldiers or a lone Lt. Killing only makes her more powerful. Once she gets the bonuses going her hurricane can quickly bring bosses to their knees.
Poison Strike is used in this build as a convenient forward dash. Use it to get out of trouble and combine it with the heavy melee to move around the battlefeild.
Nightshade Blades helps to give you some spike DPS to finish off Troops of humanoid enemies.
Biotic focus should be spammed for survivability. The key to this build (and all my builds of her) is to get heavy melee kills. With that you get the boost in your melee and weapon damages. That is what will allow you to damage bosses with your hurricane. Use the acolyte to strip down boss shields. One shot plus a heavy melee takes care of phantoms, marauders, Hunters etc. Save the hurricane for the armored targets and just heavy melee/ acolyte the troops.
A variation of this uses the Talon, put on Warp or AP ammo to make it Platinum viable.

PS: Range
NS: capacity
BF: DR/Melee/Shield
All weapon passives
All melee passives
Preferred weapon: Graal w/ omni-blade and dmg mod
Use a combination of melee and weapons to lay waste to the enemy. PS is for movement/escape and NS blades are available for stagger and a little extra damage if needed. Biotic Focus keeps you alive and gives you a boost to melee damage so be sure to use it as often as you can.
After a heavy melee kill you get a significant boost to weapons, giving you roughly 62.5% weapon damage in total without amps/mods. The Graal is great because it staggers, can be shot while running, and is capable of headshots. It is also a shotgun so it can carry the omni-blade which you will need for the most melee damage possible.
Use the Geth Scanner so you can melee enemies through walls and increase your battlefield awareness that is invaluable to this class. Strength Amp, Incendiary ammo, and Cyclonic/Adrenaline are also recommended.
This is a melee-centric build so it is not reccomended for Platinum. If you want to venture into Platinum you will need a weapon that is more capable of dealing with bosses. GPS w/ Warp Ammo is a solid choice or an Acolyte/Hurricane combination should work as well.

The Viperguard is an Assassin who sows terror in her enemies. Once she gets her melee bonuses she cleans house against Lt level enemies. When she activates Biotic focus, her melee damage outstrips the Bataraian, but I have no idea how much DR it has.
You dart into the room spray Night blades, then behead the nearest goon, now you got your weapon and melee bonuses working, so depending on who is still standing, you can either mop up or teleport out of the room. If you get into trouble just spam BF and back teleport out of there.
Poison Strike is used in this build as a convenient forward dash. Use it to get out of trouble and combine it with the heavy melee to move around the map never stop moving thoughand always be doing damage. It doesn’t matter if you kill the boss, by the time your team mates shows up you’ve already left the scene. All they find is piles of mooks everywhere, a green tinted half dead Lt and a boss who is hopefully taking DOT. They become easy pickings for DPS classes or you can circle around and hit them again and finish the stragglers. This build is best on gold and Silver.
Toad: Venom Marine

0 - Poison Strike
6 - Nightshade Blades - Damage, Range, Exploding Blades
6 - Biotic Focus - Damage Reduction, Duration, Biotic Shield
6 - Passives - Damage & Stablity, Headshots, Damage and Stability
6 - Fitness - Durablity, Sheild Recharge, Fitness Expert
Acolyte: W/E
Harrier: W/E
Assualt Rifle Rail Amp, Sheild Power Cells or Cyclonic Modulator or W/E
Grenade Capacity
Narida Link
The Cobalt Venom Marine is sort of a no-nonsense approach to the character. You get the pretty high damage and tanking ability and she can still move around the map pretty fast. The obvious choice of gun is the Harrier. This build clears out troops with NB and works bosses over with her harrier. Between the DR from BF and its recharging ability, you can take a lot of punishment but it’s best If you don’t tempt fate.
Nightshade Blades here is built to do max damage. I went with venom over exploding blades. Since it is grenade based you can spam this power and and do more dmage than the explosion but the DOT stacks on bosses. Now with all the goons dead you can focus bosses with either acolyte or harrier as the situation demands and quickly teleport your way to an ammo box. I know some people aren’t going to like another harrier kit but hey it’s there.
This build is very Platinum friendly because BF is basically the old vanguard’s charge. It’s what we’ve been asking for in a vanguard. She is a vanguard/soldier and she doesn’t have to put herself into danger to get her shields back.
Lizard: Turian Phantasm Ranger

6 - Poison Strike - Range, Recharge Speed, Double Dash
5 - Nightshade Blades - Damage, Range
6 - Biotic Focus - Damage Reduction, Melee, Biotic Shield
3 - Passives
6 - Fitness - Durablity, Shield Recharge, Melee Synergy
Acolyte
Wraith
Shot Gun Rail Amp, Power Efficeincy
Geth Scanner V
Narida Link
This is a variation of the Marine. She gives up some small shields and passives but she gets more mobility and the same amount of weapon damage due to Melee Synergy. The NS Blades are here to give you some spike DPS. You can use the Geth scanner to scout out enemy positions and in game terms she can essentially be used as a scout. In small maps you can quickly flank groups of enemies and catch them in a crossfire.
With the wraith she can really hold her own against troops and bosses but. She can pop in and lay into enemies with the wraith, NBs and her heavy melee. Don’t forget to use PS to get out of danger, as well as give you new ambush opportunities. Just because you can hold the line doesn’t mean you should. Or you can give her another weapon of appropriate weight.

Update: Its dawned on me that others have some real cool variations so I'm going to be adding some under the entries. I now feel like these are the general Archetypes the Cabal can play out as. She can still be tweaked and custimied to get slightly more comfortable results. Garrus wasn't kidding:innocent:
Well those are my build ideas for my new favorite character in the DLC. Yeah I’m aware I’m missing scorpion. I only thought of the four open to suggestions.
Also here are some links to others thoughts on the Cabal
