Note, I'm not asking what the best kit is, just what works the best with the way you play.  Many kits are very powerful, but that doesn't mean they are all for you.

Personally, the Huntress works best for me.  Amazing damage, good mobility, and good utility.

Destroyer. Good health and shields with the power to faceroll just about anything.

Kro Soldier, great durability, great aoe damage, great boss damage, headbutting, effective at range or CQC, and not too cooldown dependent so you can slap a BFG on him like every krogan should have. Only downside is he falls into the grenade-cheese category, and I have to play a dodge class every few games for sanity's sake.

Geth Infiltrator with a Claymore Drill Rounds and Adrenaline Mod.

Huntress. Perfect combination of casting and gunning with overall high damage output.  Using the Raider she's deadly at close range and can melt enemies at a distance with DC.  Sets of 'splosions and debuffs with warp.  The Asari dodge is also my favorite so they're the best race for me in MP.

BatSol. Cause I grew up watching bloody action movies with lots of explosions. Gameplay wise? Wipes out spawns and bosses but doesn't even have to stay and watch

Demolisher. Always loved grenades but got sick of running from ammo box to ammo box all the time. Having a portable one is so freaking awesome.

I like this Krogan he understands.

Quarian Marksman or Human Adept. I like debuffs and team support skills while remaining offensive myself. I'm normally really against playing as characters who don't have debuffs available. For myself anyhow.

AJ -- my best and favorite.

I like a lot of the characters and can be wicked good with some of them, but the AJ is my favorite, she just seems to sync up with my play style.
