I've started an IRC channel for people who want to party up and play modules or quest in their favorite PW.

I'm having a hard time finding people to game with and PWs are deserted when you're a newbie unless you know someone.

Now people can just find a few adventurers and load up from chat!

The irc room is on QuakeNet server, very easy to find.

You might want to check out neverwinterconnections for matchmaking.

Admittedly the website is fairly rough these days, and less populated than it used to be, but it should function for your purposes.

It might be interesting to work with the neverwinter connections group to set up an official matchmaking IRC channel for impromptu games. Basically get them to approve of whatever irc server and channel you are using and get this posted on their website.

ya definitely. I remember those guys back ni the day it used to be really active.
I didn't even think they were up any more from the looks of the site. I guess i was wrong i should check it out.

i still feel like a simple chatroom would open up the comunity a lot and make getting games a lot easier.

I agree with you. That is why I proposed getting an official chat room set up and sanctioned by neverwinter connections.
