I got DA:O (PC), red dragon on white cover box, which mentioned on the back:

  INCLUDES: Downloadable character and quest 
  A US$15 VALUE
  One time use code available with full retail purchase.
  Expires April 30, 2010.

But this is no code (apart form the game code) nor card. The Mfd Date if 11 / 2009.
I try the PC code in the redeem code window, but that did not work.

Any clue ?

The code should definitely be on a separate card included in the box. Shake the manual out and make sure there's not a card hiding in there somewhere.

If didn't get the card, which has the code for Shale on one side, and the code for the Blood Dragon Armor on the other, you will have to contact Offical EA Support to get it sorted out.

Or return it back and explain patiently your problem.

Just return it to the store,any retail store will take it back, even if its been opened, as long as all you are requesting is another copy of the same game.
