Most players may have noticed there's a really really common glitch in ME3 that often stops you being able to max out all the skills at Level 20. Occasionally this rectifies itself though, but not enough unfortunately, more people get the point deficiency bug than the fix and thus they weirdly (though understandably) assume not having enough points must be normal. It's all very tribal and insular, so once you're free of the bug, they regrettably assume you're the one that's wrong and pull out their pitchforks.
Alas the fix is quite common now (I also got it a few nights ago), so when everyone has it, then the grumpies will stop feeling so threatened, we'll all be one happy tribe again, smelling each other's armpits and munching each other's nits.
