I hate to say it, but the Juggernaut has completely ruined PUGs.

Odd, most of the games I've played had the juggernaut spamming siege pulse all over the place.
Though the melee is nifty. Want to imitate Darth Vader when using it.

Juggernaut and his melee aren't the problem, dumb teammates who can't back him up are.

I grab a Phantom and body block an Atlas, she's in an easy position to be killed with a headshot. Someone doesn't make that effort, I'm going to keep draining her. If you pop her head she dies instantly and I can switch targets. And a lethal enemy is now down.

Of course this is always asking too much from team chuckle.

I often play the juggy. My job? Shoot/pulse until in melee range of the bosses/swarm and then focus on survival over dps while the team decimates my foes with little resistance. If my team takes forever to kill stationary enemies who are no longer a threat to them, then I wonder how they'd fare if the enemies were actually shooting back.

The Juggernaut is fairly unique--human vanguard potential god mode aside--in that it functions very effectively in a pure tank role. Why would I ignore that variety and play him as dps character #2025?

I have come across very very few juggs that didn't make me want to punch a nun. Mostly they are basically making the match a 3 man affair at best, at worst they troll the team with their hex shield.

Hex shield is a fun skill, it does not block enemy projectiles but it blocks my shotgun's.

Not quite accurate, it blocks MOST direct shots, but a LOT of AoE damage spills "around" the shield, stand back from it a pace or three and you`ll notice a giant difference, except against praetorians and scions, those are still broken.

he is calling himself an idiot as i just checked his manifest and guess what he has a geth jugger at lvl 20 lmao, learn to set him up proper (seige pulse step 5 go Dam Pro instead of recharge like you have for one) and he will be a good asset to the team.

i run him with jugger shield 5, strength enhancer III with either power efficiency module III (recharge shields from heavy melee even faster) or adrenaline module III and the below stats.

if i meet u in game and im using my jugger, dont expect to get revived as im thinking you like to be rambo and go down alot, anyhow i be way too busy keeping squad who work together alive to RUN after you. :o

Jugger and collector adept is a good fit, friend and I played them this evening on a random reactor gold. I created a bottleneck at the reactor exit while he spammed dark sphere and I spammed siege pulse and GPS as often as possible. He scored 170k+, I scored 150k+, and the 2 people who joined us mopped up with less than 50k apiece. So, while the jugger is an amazing aggro sink he can also deal some respectable damage.

Agreed, concerning revives though the same goes for the Jug when he is swarmed by enemies

I honestly use my juggernaut to complete some weapons challenges. I try doing the tank/meatshield role but EVERYBODY else in PUGs just wants to stay away. Tanking 2 banshees and phantoms is HARD (gold or platinum), even with cyclonic mod IV and stronghold package V!

Haven't seen a Juggernaut in a few days.  Haven't seen a Volus either.


Did see a Krogan Warlord who was following me around bringing the hammer down on enemies I wear down which was annoying.

Krogan comes in with giant hammer  "HA!"

i like when a jugg puts the wall up between you and the baddies...SO YOU CANT SHOOT THEM BUT THEY CAN SHOOT YOU THROUGH THE SHIELD. good times.

For your sake I hope this is a typo.
Also I fail to see what is funny about someone having their Juggernaut (which is the entire "Soldier" class) at lv20 <_<

Only thing I dislike aboot people playing Juggs is that they have no awareness of those around them. I don't know how many times I draw a bead with my pistol or sniper rifle only to have some giant jugg walk right in front of me as I fire.

I use the javalin with the juggs. I don't have to stroll anywhere. I just shoot through the map. When stuff get close, I meele to stun and recover shields, then I just shoot them again.
