I'm sure quite a few people have encountered this issue when attempting to load Zorya, Zaeed's loyalty mission planet. Personally, I've tried deleting and reinstalling the DLC, redownloading the original DLC installer and reinstalling, reinstalling the game, and nothing works.
As it turns out, the game has an issue with Zaeed's alternate costume (the red one), so if you attempt the mission with THAT outfit selected, you'll get the above screenie. You will hear sounds but you won't be able to do anything other than exit the game.
At the squad selection screen, simply switch to Zaeed's default outfit and you'll be solid.
