I apologize in advance for asking a probably incredibly stupid question, but how do you classify inventory items as "junk"? I've come across posts mentioning a way to sell items classified as junk automatically in one go. As an obsessive looter who picks up everything that's not nailed down (except "privat documents", I can't bring myself to take those and sell them, even though I realize the person I'm... ahem... liberating of their belongings would rather have me take their old shopping list instead of their sword in consideration of the coming darkspawn horde) a way of making those items when picking them up and then seling them in batch would be very handy. Or have I misunderstood something?

As I've now received a very helpful private message (thanks again!), explaining that I do this in the radial menu, I'd now also like to know how to access this radial menu (on the PC). I haven't found anything about this in the game manual, I don't find it in the keymapping options and all I've found in a (albeit superficial) google search is that I'm supposed to hold down "left trigger" in the regular game mode. I'm playing with a keyboard and a mouse and I'm at a bit of a loss as what to this "left trigger" is.My guess is, that this is something a game controller has, but what's the equivalent on a keyboard/mouse?

Heh, I'm really feeling like a retarded (hopefully in a charming way) newbie, asking all this, but I hope someone finds it in his heart to enlighten me.

As far as I know there is no junk option in DA on PC.

Ah, just I was editing my original post, there comes an answer that explains a lot. Thanks a lot fchopin.

Although I'm a bit disappointed because this would have been a really handy thing to have, I'm at least not totally blind to have missed this thing in my whole first playthrough.

[From someone who as both the PC and the Xbox360 versions]

The radial menu and the junk items "folder" are for the console version only. The PC version doesn't have either. While I would've liked the PC version to have a junk "folder", the radial menu is totally unnecessary as the PC version has the task bar across the bottom of the screen which the console does not.

Well that's a shame. I recently heard of the "junk" option as well and wondered where I could do that. I wonder if anyone ever made a mod for the PC version that integrated such an option.
