This may seem like a duh question to some, but I'll be able to view all the characters scenes in one playthrough regardless of who my LI is, right? Like I can see the Tali seen then run over to wherever Garrus is on the Citadel and see the ultimate bromance scene?

Or did they only make character scenes for when those characters are LI? (hopefully not?)

Doubtful. One thing ME3 got right is that it provided alternate dialogue for romanced characters, rather than just not giving those scenes to non-romanced characters. They don't want all of that expensive studio time with the whole voice cast to go to waste.

I have the same concern. Suppose we'll know soon enough.

To the people that say this is cheesy... I think that's the entire point of this DLC. Well, not 'cheesy' exactly, but light-hearted and fun.

So if you want to spend your last moments with these characters witnessing their intense struggles and inner conflicts as Reapers fall from the sky and obliterate every organic being in sight... this may not be for you.

Finally a little extra Jack action! Nice.

I know I shouldn't buy this dlc because I'm not happy with the ending, but I cannot ignore more time with Jack and Garrus. I skipped the Omega dlc but I will get this one.

thank you bioware

Yawn, blatant cash-in off of fans who cared about these characters that you screwed with your ending Bioware.

If you hate the ending and still buy this turd you should be ashamed of yourself.

Hold the line, hold the wallet, hold your dignity.

I sure hope not.....if I'm romancing Tali(and I ALWAYS am) I don't want to go say hi to Jack only to see some out of the blue romance pop up....it just doesn't fit.

So what scenes you get with each character should be different if not romanced.....though watch out for Liara's shenanigans....she might mind-rape you like she does at the end.

Liara: Hey Shepard, I have a gift for you.

Shepard: Oh yay I like gifts, let's see it!!!

Liara: Spurpise mind-rape!!!

Shepard: :(:crying:

Only if they're LI, because BioWare want you to play the game over and over and over again, until the point you are an emotional trainwreck,.

No, that's not what I meant; I was thinking more of how you only get a special LI scene before the final fight of each Mass Effect, instead of everyone having a special dialogue for it. I know it's not the same situation (it would kinda ruin the pacing to have a special dialogue for everyone right as you're about to go through the Omega 4 Relay) but it was still a question I figured I'd ask.

True enough. I won't bother if it has cheese that is optional: the party and the moments in the flat. It will only be a problem for me if the dlc wouldn't be a story-centered one. I mean, if the plot is just a cheap excuse for the romance stuff and the character moments. If it has a solid, lore-heavy and interesting story, then I'm sold, despite the "light-hearted parts".

For PS3 players you better wait until very late in the day to even see it on the PSN. The one thing I always despised of the PSN. PC and Xbox players will get it quite early.

Why would you give your money to a company that lied to you, blamed you for not getting it, called you stupid and tried to marginalise you.

Any theories on who the robed Salarian is? He/she is in the scene with Kolyat.

It's Esheel, if Valern died in ME she replaces him in ME3 and Thane saves her if Thane is alive in ME3. If Valern is alive, he will replace her at that scene.

Huh... never saw her before. I wonder what the Salarian Councillor is doing, mingling with Shepard's squadmates...

If a company did all that, I wouldn't. Fortunately, no company has.

Thanks Stella, I guess I should have specified what platform I'd be looking to get it on. It would be the PC version.

360 release between 2 and 4 am PST, PC releases after BioWare comes into work that morning so ~10 am PST and finally PS3 releases sometimes in the late afternoon or evening PST unless you are in Europe and have a PS3 in which case you just got the short stick....over 24 hours later.

Could we maybe, just this once, relax with the constant complaining?

Brovik, the only thing I dare to complain about is the cheesy stuff, and this trailer is cheesy. It contains everthing I never really liked about ME (cheesiness). I'm more of a Bring Down The Sky, Leviathan kind of guy when it comes to dlc-s.

That's fair. I'm not going to pretend this DLC won't be full of cheese, but it seems fitting after all the whine.

Also, Council Archives might provide some further insight into the main plot that we don't know about yet.

Yeah, this is what I'm hoping for: a strong story and some further lore-expansion, exploration, investigation, mystery...exciting stuff.

Balls. I still am pretty disappointed with the last 45 minutes or so of the game and that's never going to change and I don't trust BioWare (the ME3 writers anyway) with any new games but... This looks good. I feel so conflicted.

Still, I'm not sure what there is to expand on. I'd love to know why the Crucible was originally built (and consequently maybe get an explanation why Destroy targets all synthetics) but is there a reason why the Council would know this/find information about this? Not sure.

Wow, very cheesy. Looks fun though and might be a nice sentimental touch for saying goodbye to Shepard. I actually might buy this one. I just hope they explain why people who are supposed to be desperately working on the Crucible, etc. can break away to help Shepard deal with a conspiracy against him.

Also, stop saying people who question Shepard's R&R don't know how the military or war works. Good grief people. They question it because the game clearly shows Shepard stressing out, having nightmares and refusing to rest. The entire game lends a sense of urgency. A sense of impending doom. So, Shepard taking some time off to party and chill does seem a bit silly. Not saying it won't be a fun DLC, but that doesn't take away the fact that some worry about how it might set the scene.

To end, it is asinine to compare it to real war. The entire universe is being destroyed and the end is nigh. Again, the entire game gives way to "We're running out of time!" Entire planets are being obliterated, entire colonies wiped out within days. It's a sensible complaint.

I still hate the ending and that is why I'm not going to buy any other Mass Effect game unless it really interest me which is what this DLC did (but I will still refuse to play past Thessia). I don't need you to set my priorities straight when I am my own judge, thank you very much.

Nothing wrong with a little cheese and wine. Fitting for a relaxing afternoon in your Citadel apartment with your LI
