It's already out on Xbox. PC/Origin should get it around 10am Pacific (that's from another post on the forums), and PS3 will be available whenever Sony normally releases content on the PSN.

I'm trying to buy some points in preparation for the DLC however it's not loading for me. Anyone else got this problem?

DLC is taking a VERY long time to download, but while I am more concerned about quality, the sheer size of it makes me hopeful it will be better than Omega.

Me too... All not purchased DLC's are gone in Origin client, i.e. I can't purchase new DLC's for other games, for example - Dead Space 3.
But it is possible to add points through BSN (Profile->Add BioWare points).

DLC's show up, but you can't purchase anything - I got white blank screen. And later - they gone completely...

Apparently, I don't see it on BSN either.   Just buy it via Origin I guess.  Go to your game library, click info for ME3, and Citadel should be listed amongst the DLC.
