Billy who escaped from Purgatory.
Title: (Untitled)
From: (Error, Invalid Sender Name)
Hey Shepherd [sic] heard I have you to thank you for getting out of Purgatory (sent a ship to round me up, but they didn't weapons-check good enough)! I'm gonna carve your name instead of mine into my next victim as thanks, got anyone you need dead (haha)? You did take a shot at me though on my way out so I have to kill you, you know how it goes. Dad taught me that you let anybody hurt you, they get ideas so you make sure to send a message, not like I'm sending now, though! See you around, the people who live here are coming back and it's showtime! Look around for your name, I'll make sure you find it before I find you! Billy…
I really forgot about him. Why not?! Shepard really needs a secretary to keep track of her/his enemies!

Conrad Verner! Spurned repeatedly by Shepard, he goes off the deep en... *pfft!* HAHAHAH! Sorry, couldn't finish that with a straight face.
I can see it now, after you defeat the bad guy and pull off his helmet to see ts Conrad and he asks,"Shepard, did I help?"

I think there was a statement that the main villain of the Citadel DLC would have a very good reason to hold a grudge against Shepard, so I assumed it is someone he already knows.
Quick note out of context: Personally I am not opposed to wild speculations that are not 100% thought through in this thread.

Bailey. This is not only 100% thought through but 110% meditated upon. I now have deep inner peace and steely determination for some blonde-baddie-bashing.

I really HOPE this has something to do with the antagonist being indoctrinated by Harbinger. Shep does reference a trash talking, 2 story enemy...
probably went rogue and started producing emmulated thralls through indoc, forming a new army created of harvested Leviathan in humanoid form. Maybe that e mail stalker provides the man power behind the throne..All this is in the citadel records as it occured before, but handily forgotten over 50k years..or more.
Someone is manipulating the catalyst without it's knowlege, tapering change for future generations, unknown by all, even the catalyst. The reason behind the intelligence going catalyst in the first place. Friggen hackers making a mark..
on second thought..nah

Because for so long, I thought I was just screwing up that ME1 sidequest by not catching him.
