[Illendil Carnesir]

So I finally got my copy of Dragon Age Origins Collectors Edition.  I got all of my in game items from collectors edition, plus the journeys game.  However, I havent recieved any email from Amazon about the lion paw boots, or whatever they are called.  Do I have to write them an email and get a key from them or somewhere else.
