For Miranda you'll have to do it after Horizon but that seems the most logical place to do it anyway imo

I know. But there is just one thing that bothers me: The Cerberus Headquarters Mission is something urgent, no? So would it make sense to go to shore leave during that time?

right before cronos is the best time. There's actually a line in there something like "we're preparing our final attack on Cerberus right now". It easy to think the admiral need time to mobilize the fleet for the attack. As its a to important mission to risk failure.

edit: opps end of line you say? Sorry

This can now be One Of The MANY  Reasons why I'm going to play the Citadel DLC AFTER  Sanctuary. I have a Better and more "Personal" Reasons on the Previous Page.

Was actually wondering this myself. Not sure when I'll get around to Citadel. Was planning on this coming weekend but God of War: Ascension is out Tuesday.

Personally I find the best time is after Horizon. Hackett is assembling his fleet to attack Cerberus and after hearing about the crap on Thessia and the horror of Sanctuary he orders Shepard and crew to take shore leave so they can get their minds off everything and be ready to attack Cerberus and initiate end game. And the party is thrown as a final get together and moment of fun before everyone goes back to helping the war effort for the final fight which many know could be the last. Seems legit to me really

Sushi isn't raw fish. It can involve raw fish.

Anyway, the best time to play this DLC is after the Destroy ending. Just play through the game, get to the end, see Shepard wakeup, ignore all that bull**** about "The Shepherd", and then just play Citadel and ignore any mentions of the Reapers. Seriously, there's only a couple. It's like the galactic war isn't even going on any more. Play it afterwards and have the badass ending you've been waiting for.

Hackett orders shore leave to fix up the normandy too... It would make sense that this would be just after Horizon and before the final assault.. My DLC order is.

Levithan just before Thessia.
Citadel just after Horizon.
Omega just before Chronos - Think of it as taking a Cerberus Base before the Main Base.

I was thinking right before Cronos for similar reasons that were mentioned here - the scene at the docking bay feels more appropriate before a final battle, and there's reason to assume that the Alliance isn't ready to move on Cerberus immediately.

But, I also sort of agree with this -

http://www.koobismo....del-dlc-review/

- insofar as the tone of the Citadel DLC doesn't really fit anywhere in the post-coup portion of ME3.

(I'd also still like to know why my Paragon Shep used Joker as bait and appears to kill that merc even when the guy is pinned to the ground and hasn't actually shot anyone, while an armed Cerberus operative just got a punch in the face after attempting to kill Shepard in the Conrad Verner side mission, but maybe that's another thread.)

folks'es analyzed this game so much they're starting to count the molecules in their respective quantum reality..

and then..there is "The Citadel" to figure out just what went wrong with that...(easy part?)

Can you like start it early just to unlock the Cerberus Nightmare Armor then go back to the Normandy and complete the missions and have everyone on the crew (including Miranda and Wrex) ???
