For instance: Tactical Cloak gives a bonus towards "damage". It then also gives a seperate bonus to sniper rifle damage in most cases.
Does this mean only weapon damage, or does it apply to weapons, melee, and powers?
I've been playing from the start and I have never figured this out lol.
Quick question about powers that add to "damage"...

TC is pure damage bonus. Except for Huntress TC which only boosts powers and melee.

i do believe unless it specifies what it boosts i.e sniper damage it boosts all forms of damage
