After I finished ME3 I thought having more battles with the Reapers in the DLC was a no-brainer. I already thought there wasn't enough.

So far in the DLC, the closest we've gotten to have anything to do with the Reapers has been in Leviathan, and that wasn't even a Reaper. Then in Omega, it was all Cerberus. And in this one, unless if it's all controlled by Harbinger, it looks like it might not be Reaper-related at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not even Cerberus-related.

Seriously, even forgetting about ending content: what happened to the Reapers? Isn't this game about the war with the Reapers? Socializing with squadmates is nice, and normally I wouldn't mind, but there's a lot more important things to be doing.

It feels like Citadel is just a cheap way to shift focus away from the endings and play on players' emotions.

They got retconned into tools.
Everytime they would introduce another reaper entity with a personnality, that would weaken their ending plot.
So they didn't.
