 Ok, so with Citadel coming out tomorrow, I need to clear out room on my tiny hard drive so that I could download it (whenever I can get the money for it). Thing is though, I've already deleted everything I can spare, so the only thing left is to get rid of my ME2 DLCs. But, before I do that, I need to know if deleting all the ME2 DLCs, would that somehow screw up save file transfers?

The save files are independent of the content on your hard drive so long as you're not playing the game (ME2 specifically). As long as you don't want to do anything else in ME2 with that save you're safe to delete it.
