 Just to clarify, is the Appearance Pack 1, available in the xbox marketplace, the same outfits that are in the N7 Collectors download?

From the digging I have done, It would seem that they are different packs, but I just want to make sure.

No, they are new outfits for Liara, Garrus, and EDI, as well as a new armor set (a full suit, like the Terminus or Blood Dragon armors) for Shepard.
