The active download say it is 1.99 GB and part 1, the hard disk say it is 2GB and part 2.Getting all twisted around here.

Nothing yet, no Part (2 of 2) in the Marketplace

From the main menu, I selected downloadable content and what the hard drive lists as part 2 is still listed as part 1 here.

Has anyone tried to play the game with the one part downloaded? Perhaps it will trigger an in-game prompt to download the second part...

From the Citadel FAQ posted by Bioware: "You can download pack 2 without purchasing pack one, but the DLC will not work. You will get an error message in game asking you to download pack 1. It will say “This DLC will only work in conjunction with Part 1 of Mass Effect™ 3: Citadel, which is split across 2 downloadable packages. Please purchase Part 1 prior to downloading Part 2 at no additional cost.” This will not hurt your saved game but you will not be able to launch Citadel until you have both packs."

Nope, you need both parts, otherwise you'll only get an error message. This is utterly frustrating. I really hope Microsoft won't wait until tomorrow to realize their mistake.

I download from the link posted here in the forums, the dashboard updated with another one, but it priced. It does say 1 of 2, but wanna wait. I get the felling I just lost 1200 microsft points dont want to double it.

But why? why the discrimination AGAINST pc users? why is it so hard for game devs to release for both pc and console at the SAME TIME? why discriminate against pc users? any ideas anyone?

They aren't. That is teh time their DLC team globally releases content. Origin & Sony times are also globally set, not set per specific company or game.

Err... i was kind of hoping a old foe comes back to terrorize shepard and co. as per description in the xbox marketplace and to the person that posted it you gave away a spoiler to the user that was stupid enough- with respect to have such a silly oversight....of something so important to so many who not played it yet thanx you just gave away the fact that it a new enemy i was gopeful it was an old foe maybe one that came back to haunt shepard from me1 now your recklessness in editing out your screnshot in xbox marketplace before posting it has given something key away.. sorry nothing personal like so many others i just passionate about this franchise and no it not my fault for coming on forum just to check tiems..i did not expect someone would be silly enough to screencap the summary was it that hard to chop out? sigh..
