PC will be out probably around noon. That's global release time and has been close to that for all other DLC.
But why? why the discrimination AGAINST pc users? why is it so hard for game devs to release for both pc and console at the SAME TIME? why discriminate against pc users? any ideas anyone?

They aren't. That is teh time their DLC team globally releases content. Origin & Sony times are also globally set, not set per specific company or game.
thanx again and for heads up as to time..dammit like 6 hrs away well i staying up till it out and i can play it. re the heads up on what priestly responded to i be sceptical so in other words for instance in australia as in every individual country it out on console before pc? priestly using flowery vague l;anguage here i not liking this!
