Just to clarify - Bioware has nothing to do with this, they passed the DLC to Origin's distribution long time ago.

Bioware is a wholly owned subsidiary of EA. It functions under EA. Origin is EA's game client thing. So yes it is a Bioware/EA problem as they are one in the same. Its bad planning on EA's part especially after  the last fiasco that MP DLC had.

I'm getting an error when trying to search for game updates. Is anyone else getting this and is it a result of all this congestion?

They're selling it on Origin for about $17 more than I paid for it on Steam.

Instead of trying to nab loads of sales with good pricing they try to get the handful of naive suckers who dont check prices elsewhere.

EA, at least in Europe, also sells Squeenix games on Orign. So yeah, on top of SimCity, BF3 patch and ME3 DLC there's also 10GB of Tomb Raider

The screen is blank when you click on "Buy it now".

And I thought it was 1200BP not 800.

It popped up on my list after refreshing the game library for 800 points. Though I am looking at a blank pop up window now after clicking on it.
