just looked through my DLC, the majority have been released at what would be 1000PST (1900 local...)

anybody confirm this timeframe?

You could use Gibbed save editor to create save files with different romances ready to go.

Instructions for whoever would like to do this:

-Backup the save you want to use
-Download Gibbed Save Editor: http://svn.gib.me/builds/masseffect3 (You want saveedit-r89_b113.zip)
-Open up a copy of the save file in the editor
-Click the Plot tab, then Mass Effect 3 tab, then Romance tab
-Click the toggle of whatever romance flag you would like to have set (make sure only one is selected)
-Save the file, and make sure it's named so that you'll be able to find it later and also to remember which romance you chose

Sometimes setting them in the editor doesn't always work, especially through the last two patch changes.  Go here and these definitely work.  Shame to spend several hours playing and find out the romance doesn't work out as you think !   ('nuff said about the broken Liara romance scenes Bioware)

Ah, I didn't realize that. It worked out great for the Leviathan and Extended Cut saves I used (Garrus, Samantha, and Liara), so it maybe Rick fixed it in the later revision? I can't remember when the big SP patches were.
