Downloaded Citadel: Part 1 (really part 2 apparently) and couldn't find the other part until I left the game menu and searched for it on the regular marketplace

Now part 2 is listed in the marketplace (I live in Europe)
However when only part 1 was listed I found part 2 by using the marketplace search engine and typing the DLC name. Both parts appeared. I hope it helped

Anyone else completely unable to download Part I on 360? I tried downloading it both from the computer and from my Xbox but it's saying the transaction cannot be completed at this time...
