Check your active downloads.

Go too guide and active downloads under games & apps.

50% done on Part 1. Looking in my settings it is indeed labelled part 2.

Waiting on Part 2, which will hopefully actually be part 1. What a **** up.

I will check anyhow.

Same difference. Ordering from the website will have it appear on your 360 downloads, since that's where the file needs to be saved to.

Think about it- if it downloaded to your PC, what good would that do?

Ugh if staying up til 5am wasn't enough, part 2s not up yet and there's a mix up between part 1 and 2 (might not mean anything, prob doesn't, BUT I DON'T KNOW and that's what's killing me.)

Makes no difference. That's how I did it. 

Paid for it on the online marketplace and it instantly showed up in my 360's active downloads. If you've paid for it, it'll be there downloading as soon as you turn the 360 on.

That's what mine showed while I was dl it, but when you check your storage afterwards, it's part 2 and 2Gb. Looks like they've got them the wrong way around.

Providing they release the other half of the DLC it shouldn't make any difference.

Yeah, I'm sure it's just a rounding issue. With it rounding it to 2gb and not 2.1gb though, it looks like it's actually part 2 and not part 1.

cause they said the second one would be free.

It's advertised as Part 1. The file name on the hard drive however, is Part 2.
