So part one should be 2.1 GB and the second 2 GB, two parts and you only pay the first. Only one is avaiable and is part 1 paid 1200 for what is 1.99GB, storage say it part 2 that should be free.

Pretty messed up it seems

I still think it not mistake. The dlc with label part 1 is over limit, part 2 isn't. So they release part 2 as paid - titled part1 only as it the paid one and first part released with the over limit part as free download.

Except why have they now removed it from the marketplace?  That to me says, "Oh, crap--we screwed this up!  Quick, pull it back down while we get this figured out!" 

It having issues on US marketplace but still up and working fine on original UK link - for me anyway as I keep refreshing both search and the citadel page.

I downloaded part 1 but when I go to my storage it says I've downloaded part 2/2. What's going on? Feels like they've messed up big time.

It's just not the pricing, it's the labeling. I have a feeling we're going to have to download everything all over again.

I am in the same situation. Very confusing. Downloaded what I presumed was part 1 of 2 for Citadel from XBL - on my 360. Check my HDD - Mass Effect 3 - Citadel 2 of 2.

MS has charged 1200 MS points, and I get the same in-game message appear as "W E C" above.

It's just not the pricing, it's the labeling. I have a feeling we're going to have to download everything all over again.

nah, the content is stored onto the hard drive, so redownloading the content wouldn't make sense.
and when you try to redownload content that's already on you're xbox, it takes 3 seconds.

I am waiting till its up officially on the XBOX marketplace via console. That way less chance of a mess up. Its always risky DLing content from XBOX from the website right when its uploaded, thats what happened when friends and I downloaded Left 4 dead cold stream via marketplace once it was up.
Patience is best at this time to avoid over speculating and maybe messing up, friends.

The problem is the increasingly-sinking feeling that we're going to have to jump thru some hoops to either get our 1200 points refunded, or get e-mailed a special link to the "real" Part 1.  Either way, it'd be more than a 30-minute delay...

The thing that worries me is, Bioware said that the dlc required pack 1 to work, so microsoft releasing pack 1 to the public for free grants the public free access to their dlc.

this is why i'm so concerned they charge us twice.

it's also available on the console, which nets the same result.
so it's not downloading it from the website's fault.

Logically they'll just upload Part 2, which is actually Part 1, for free. Then switch the labels. It doesn't matter which is paid, as long as only one of them is.

They would still need Part 2, which is 1200 MSP right now. I am confused.

Same here Lieber, it's up (and having the same issue) on the console marketplace in the UK.

It already on the dash, a little past all the Tomb Raider DLC.
