Assuming ten-mark is a bulls-eye? Yes- I was an expert with the pistol and a sharpshooter with the M16- although my rifle range scores are woefully out of date, so I'm not sure I'm technically still a sharpshooter. I'm a civilian now, and it's hard for us to find live-fire range time at this duty station.
