No I haven't had any reason to, although I did have one over my knee once when I was 14 because of a motorcycle accident, nothing major though, my friend was driving and we crashed.

Nope, never been hospitalized. Though I was once hospitalised due to a massive cut on my knee (which I pretend was from a motorcycle accident). It was the next day/morning, though.
