Nope, never. The closest i've ever been was someone shot me VERY close to my manly area with a painball gun lol.

Yes...yes i have. Thankfully it usually was a blessing even though I "lost." For example in one case a girl cheated on the guy after a little over a month, and in another case the girl just used him for his money and dumped him shortly after.

No, but i got kind of dazed before. I was playing basketball and i tripped over someone's leg running to go for a layup, and I kinda flipped and smacked my head on the ground.
