Yeah. there is a special course at High school in which they take students to a base where they are given 10 bullets to fire at targets. I think it was called Defense Readiness.

No; had to move before participating in it. And later ones were not joined by friends, so I skipped them.

A few of them, esp the one where I crossed the median of the highway and was in the on-coming lane.

Depends what you categorize as a crime. In my opinion, I have been the victim of multiple crimes.
