Yes, Turrok 2: Seeds of Evil. It wasn't a mistake because the game was bad (it was likely great), it was a mistake because I was 6 and the dinosaurs scared the daylights out of me. I made a game of seeing how fast I could flip off the power button when the first dinosaur appeared on screen.
