Yes. I lifted about 550% of my body weight on a leg press and after a few reps could not walk for several minutes because I was too lightheaded.

I know how, easily in some regions. But no. Have caused dislocations and concussions though.

Nah - had nightmares as a kid that somehow permanently ingrained itself into my brain to keep still and sleep in the middle o the bed at all times.

Yes, but only a small pile. Still, it was an awful experience. Just a little is nothing, but as you wind up to like a spoonful, it's horrible. Dunno why I did it. I've forgotten. But I have a vivid memory of how it was.
