The most retarded DLC of them all. A clone? What dingbat thought THAT was a good idea?

A fitting end for this disaster of a game. What wasted potential...

So with the total insistence on this being the REAL or TRUE Shepard, doesn't that pretty much devalue Shepard's own doubts on Cronos Station?

Ah yes Star Trek: Nemesis, a movie so creatively bankrupt it nearly killed a 40 year old franchise. We have accepted your claim.

Damn, I know it wasn't the greatest movie ever, but I don't think that 40 year old franchise is THAT fragile.

I mean c'mon, there's also 7 years of Voyager, and Trek survived THAT.

Seeing that Cerberus being the last stop before Earth seemed to be last minute decision -akin to Tali and Legion being so late to the party-

The whole who am I subplot never took off

I found the clone to be a good idea in all honesty. But the writing is so terrible and the mood is so lighthearted that it really ruined everything that could have potentially came out of this idea. There's at least three mentions of "evil clone" spelled out in the dialogue. Dreadful.

At the ending of the DLC, I really had flash of TMNT cartoon episode's ending.
It's that cheesy.

Paramount ripped control from Berman and the gang after Nemesis and Enterprise. They put the franchise out for RFP that resulted in the Abrams totally rebooting the thing. If there had been no acceptable proposals at this time they would have put Star Trek on the shelf.

I'm pretty sure that's enough evidence that Nemesis put Star Trek on life support.

Normandy Firefight. Now that was good. Good looking locations, lots of content, clone reveal was laughable though, having Wrex as a temporary squadmate was cool and made throwbacks to ME1, Casino, Arcade, Firefight, seeing the whole squad together..

Anyway, people are taking the clone thing out of context, by the end I thought it worked quite well. Now excuse me while I'm off to the Casino meeting some buddies.

Dare like a MOFO. Voyager was like the boring, middle of the road step child of TNG and DS9.  It's like they said 'hey how can we milk Trek for all it's worth AND eat it's heart? I know!" and Voyager was born.

I have not YET begun to dare.

I would just like to take a moment to point out that this is it. There will never be any more Shep in anything ever. He/She is done forever, and ever. Never to be used again in anything. At least they didn't use some horrible plot element like an evil twin to send him/her off with.

Seemed more like it was Enterprise's bad ratings that ended Star Trek.  There were alot of mishandlings behind the scenes as well from VOY, Nemesis and ENT.

Basically, it just seemed like Trek should've taken a long break after DS9, or at least Voyager.

Nemesis isn't the worst Trek ever, again.  I mean yeah, the plot is out of nowhere, the actors were obviously tired of the roles, the director didn't know what he was working with (even admits, he never watched Trek and couldn't care less to watch Trek).    There's a great idea in there, Romulans, a coup inside the Empire, even Riker and Troi's marriage.   BUT! that's as far as it goes. As Star Trek it's bad, as a movie it's 'okay'.  As TNG, it's also bad.

Haha, this Shattered Eezo arcade game is awesome. Aria has the top spot, Shift Cow (lol) is in 3rd place.

Oh I figured, I was playing along.   I'll give Voyager this: It had its moments, it had it's decent episodes, and I liked the idea and concept of lost in space Star Trek, and I like Janeway.    It's episodes like Year of Hell that tell me it had potential, and it's episodes like that Warp 10 ep that make me want to be a rabid hating fanboy and burn an effegy of Berman and Braga and so on.

So I guess I wouldn't say I hate Voyager. I would just say I'm disappointed in Voyager.

So...watching a playthrough. I swear it keeps getting cheesier by the minute. The way Traynor kept presenting her toothbrush to the camera then dramatically turns it on because it just happens to be what they need to open a hatch on the Normandy.

BLASTO! BLASTO WITH TWO CARNIFEX GUNS! HOLY ****!

EDIT: Ambiant dialogue of a guy talking the Collectors in the Armax Collector Arena and how they thought the Reapers were the toughest faction. Nice MP Community reference.

Ok as much as Dark Shepard is bringing us all kinds of giggles and laughs, i gotta ask one thing about this point. Even though the main plot is awful, how about the extra content and the romance scenes?
