Harbinger is still not crossed out. Maybe he's behind the clone? Let's see.

Look, I completely understand that it's an overused concept; but a clone arc does not automatically equal to "same old sh*t". Farscape is a great example of how it can be done brilliantly for this genre, and from the looks of it, Citadel story arc is a great example of how it can be implemented as a side-story with the most entertainment possible.

You folks were named and ridiculed as "biödrones" over your extreme devotion to Bioware products, and now you are acting the complete opposite way. It is like you just can't hit the middle ground, you have to be radically devoted to some gaming trend or the other, you blindly follow the herd mentality like spoilt children.

I get that some of you somehow invested yourselves in this video game a little too much. Extended Cut was released to adress our concerns as Mass Effect enthusiasts, and it does it's job well, not awesome, not bad, just well. It is time for you folks to move on.

Me too.  That's unexpected.  The VS needed more recognition.

"There is high potential for tears." Yes, yes there is. Very high. Tears of stunned disbelieving laughter.

Sorry, still love ME, not the ending, not all the ideas, but on a whole, I love it. Still one of my favorite things. I just no longer love everything about it, like I did pre-ME3.

Was already convinced about not buying this.. The clone thing basically set it in stone. Not even going to bother and pirate this. It's worthless, not creative in any type of way and it's a lame excuse to get some of the crew back in on the game.

They would've been better off just adding a bunch of old characters as squad members, and not adding any actual story.

My one major complaint about the VS was they used them as genderswipes of each other and didn't make thetwo different

If Kaidan finally gets to be awesome with his biotics that great.

also
The Clone will use the biotic punch and such if your biotic!

I'm just here for one last Mass Effect **** fest. After this the series is dead to me. I'm not getting the anime. I'm not playing any potential mmos. I'm not getting Mass Effect 4 whenever it comes out. Extended cut did not do it's job well. It felt like something thrown to us just to shut us up, not address our concerns.

Farscape may be a good example of how a tired concept can be executed well, but from what I've seen so far this sure isn't. The crew dialogue is the best thing about it, but most of it could be ripped out and placed over any other mission and be about as funny. Good crew interaction isn't worth $15 in my book.

So is the final boss fight versus an evil clone? Truly breaking new ground I see.

Move along, no Prior Art here.

Wait so my complete renegade shepard has a clone who is evil aswell or would that clone be paragon? Well its sci-fi and many of them include clone technology, Tron legacy did and that film was awesome, So is this dlc awesome ?

Could the squad banter have just been implemented ingame on other missions? The trailer was weird and now it looks like ME3 has completely made itself so redundant, No wonder copies are in bargain bins, what a shame for such a great series aswell. Ahh well maybe new consoles bring new SP RPG experiances.

Its overused plot device - the clone - but the writing and banter is what makes it work. Don't take one thing without the context, it actually works.

So... what´s the clone´s goal, where does it comes from, and does it have the original´s memories (and how)?

Maybe Alan Moore could get something good out of that. BW lead writers? I doubt it.

I mean. Just take the meeting where this got planned. "Shepard´s evil clone". And they went on. That just says everything.

Can we get a rundown of the plot aside from "bad guy's a clone" from someone who has finished it? Also does the dlc affect priority earth at all?

The clone is explained. Though I still think its a stupid idea. Neatly, the clone is the same class as you are so fighting it is.... well it depends on the class.
