My dream teams are same race teams with different classes. For example, you can do signature moves for each races like Headbutt before heading out to battle with four krogans! For Drells, four kicks in the air!

A full geth team.... easy mode! the geth soljer and the engy blow up spawn point, the gi kill the rest while the big bro goes around lolling...

Vanilla Human Adept, for armor debuffing, crowd control, and detonating all types of power combos. Prioritizes DoT.
N7 Paladin Sentinel, for power-based damage and combo-priming. Prioritizes burst DPS.
Volus Engineer for SB, objectives, and AoE debuffing. Prioritizes team support.
And, of course, the Geth Juggernaut for tanking. Prioritizes sustained DPS and stunlocking.

Every team member has their role, and can support one another.
