Enjoyed it so much. The cheesy mission was great. It gave a "The Expendables" vibe. It was so much fun. Its easy to see that everyone involved had fun putting it together. Took me 8hrs to finish most of it. Still need to finish the arena like place. I can safely say that this is my favorite DLC in the Mass Effect trilogy. I would recommend this DLC to anyone who has the money, well worth the hours of content.

This is the kind of dlc I've always wanted. Almost all story and character, not to say the action bits weren't awesome. Citadel was pure fan service, and I loved it. As far as dlc's have gone, this is probably my favorite out of any game, hands down.

It's funny how something so funny and lighthearted ended up being in a way sadder than the ending. I'm pretty bummed out that this may be the last time I see some or all of these characters, and it makes me think that maybe destroy is the best ending after all, because Shepard deserves to live (sorry EDI).

This DLC was amazing. The comedy was just perfect, and I absolutely loved being able to use Wrex again.

My impressions so far? This is fun. It is a playable love letter to the series for fans to enjoy. So many elements in this DLC: mission, mini-games, puzzles, interactions, mini explorations, humor...dancing!

It has the space opera elements I associate and like in ME. Overall, I enjoyed myself playing the mission portion. At some points it's a bit silly, a bit dramatic and definitely some surprises in dialogue I didn't anticipate and quite enjoyed. It was fun.

There are many sentimental moments (poignant, silly or funny), but they don't eclipse the darker "world on the edge" themes in the main game, so much as offer moments of lightness and respite. The Bioware team slipped in or filled out more history and information about the world/events in ME in the course of play, which I like. There are so many in-game jokes that reference from all the ME games (maybe a few from forums too - calibrations, anyone?). I really enjoyed all the available squaddies interacting with each other as much as with Shepard and seeing them in one big adventure. I especially enjoyed the treatment of Anderson, one of my favorite supporting characters (ever) as we were able to get to know him a little better (and Mordin too).

So for me at least, please tell the men and women of the Bioware ME cast and team "Thank You!" for a great job and effort in making the Citadel DLC. I have the sense as I play that they really enjoyed creating this and I certainly hope that is true.

The DLC was so ridiculous I loved it. Having Wrex back in on the action was just fantastic. I missed that krogan so much. My only complaints were Legion not being mentioned or having something dedicated to him at all like Thane and Mordin did, and the ME2 team wasn't around for the main missions in the dlc when the promotions implied in a way they would. Would have loved going through this with Grunt and Zaeed and Kasumi, and Miranda and just really go on one last adventure with everyone. Though their personal little moments like Grunt's mischief on the Citadel were great. Just really bummed out Legion was completely forgotten

This is coming from the heart here, so it might get a little...passionate, I suppose.

I wanted to like this more. I really did. the squad stuff? Fun. The LI stuff? Good. The whole clone stuff? My Paragon Shepard vs. This Renegade Shepard? Fighting what you could of become? Neat. The other stuff? Alright.

The problem? Hey, guess what...rhymes with "trending"...

...It's in the middle. This is a victory party in the middle of the game. Everything in this feels like an epilogue and quite frankly, it being where it is in the game, I felt it saps the the emotion out of it. Every single time it got an emotion out of me, I remember where this all ends up and that dumps all over it and lessening it. You might say "Well, you could pretend it's an epilogue". It's hard to do that they remind you that the war is still going on.

Basically: Yes, this was made well. As a final farewell? This would of worked way better as an epilogue then a middle of the road, fairly pointless story.

7/10

PS: Yeah, I know you're not gonna do it. Ending hubris and all.

*One of Harbinger's Indoctrinated servants on the Citadel is watching Shepard*
Harby:...Why don't I ever get breaks?..Know what... I'm gonna call up the others.

*Harby calls up other Reapers*
Harby: Hey fellas. After your done finishing off Hamburg, wanna hang?

*The other Reapers*
Go play with your bugs, loser. You served your purpose!

Harby: Oh...alright...*Harbinger sits by the beam, letting out a heavy sigh. He then pulls up an image of Shepard*
Harby: You were the closest thing to a friend I've ever had....

*Star Brat appears*
SB: I'll hang with you Harbinger

Harby: GET THE HECK OUTTA HERE YOU PEST!

It was fun, hilarious, emotional, feel-good, and more importantly, an excellent sendoff to a excellent series.

...It's sad to see it go, though.

So... James? I don't know yet whether I think what we got with him was awesome, or if I should feel trolled, instead. It's like... we ALMOST got romance. They showed us they know we wanted romance. But then there was this strangeness that made me think something might happen later but it didn't. I feel like maybe if I did something a little different I would have seen a payoff? IDK.

Anyhow, amazing DLC was amazing. Only complaint I have (if I had to dig for one) was my disappointment in FemShep's high society dress. I already have that, thanks to collector's edition and my Shep absolutely hates the thing and never wears it. Liara and Miranda get much better duds, for sure.

Thanks for so much Thane. ♥ And the humor was wonderful. So much love for the Grunt and the Zaeed in it.

My thoughts so far it is an awesome piece, a bit cheesy yeah, but the banter and stuff and the citadel archives its like this whole DLC crams all what happened in the whole ME Trilogy into one especially the main aspects, like the FIRST Spectre, that AI history and the Asari coming to the citadel in the archives room. It awesome:) Nice touch.

What i also liked is that you could see your whole team in action and they should of implemented this aspect in the whole trilogy from the start or for most missions, it gives a sense of seeing all your crew in action you know. Split up into teams I know in ME2 the collector base mission it was in there but it would be awesome to have all the missions it like simulates real battle.

Reminds me of one of the movies I watched, Die Hard or Expendables (especially wrex with his banter).

A light hearted tone but at same time serious tone especially in the midst of battle. I think for future ME's to keep the gameplay aspects and the banter like this DLC would give a perfect fit:) It would suit perfectly for the Ending excellent closing! It creates ane xcellent team dynamic like they confident working together and instead rather compete:P Since they do, do it within most of the narrative scenes.

a fres time
if i were him i would go insane without any relaxing time

so stop whinig it is not right to spent time like that.

.....Ok I loved the dlc I enjoyed the fight with the clone, especially the omni-blade lock up portions and having to force him to use all his omnigel. would have rather fought something other than a clone just cause the moment I saw the broken up image in the casino "Clone" popped in my head and from ther one I wasn't really surprised by the mission. now that flaw to me is small and one I can easily look past:however what I can't look past is putting in that AWESOME armor the frikken clone uses and not letting me get to wear it!!!! I know we have a variant of it in the for of the Gamestop pre order DLC but still man that armor is heavily modified and look amazing! you guys HAVE to do one more dlc a frikken alt appearance pack 2 and include the Shep Clone armor/merc armor in it....minus the helmet.

I got this impression as well. Like they thought about it but then decided to scrap it again

No Morinth... all of them except Morinth... my favorite character... a bunch of useless characters with useless dialogue and 4GB of data... and no Morinth... **** this DLC. BIG letdown, had supposedly a year to make this DLC... and no Morinth... had the chance to fix that crappy renamed Banshee appearance... but nothing with her at all in the DLC... what a huge letdown, I hate you, BioWare, give me this glimpse of hope and then CRUSH it! Main reason I bought the DLC... and no Morinth... wish I hadn't. And it really makes me not care at all for a next Mass Effect if my next favorite squadmate gets stiffed again...

You couldn't have even had her in the combat simulation? I had to give up Samara, my second favorite character, for no Morinth. You guys SERIOUSLY need to give the real reason behind no Morinth, her voice actress has NOTHING going on on IMDB, and even if she refused, you could've easily replaced her... but no, no Morinth...

W-T-F?!?!?!?!

Help please!

I never got the message about Thane's funeral (pre horizon and with GarrusShep) - how is this triggered? I never saw it in my inbox even after the opportunity to invite people up.

Help please!

So the Citadel DLC is surprisingly good.

But why decide to go all out on these cheese here Bioware? I got burnt for believing the ending of a 100+ hour trilogy would have some kind of send off for the squaddies, instead I got 1 scene with like 3 squad members walking out of a ship without any dialogue. Yet in your last DLC you have some giant cheesy as hell send off filled with squad banter.

I want to make it clear so I dont just come off as mindlessly complaining. I like this DLC a lot, probably one of the best you developed, but it bugs me to see how casually you fall back into developing emotional content when so many people were alienated from expecting that to begin with...

9/10 the DLC plot is meh, the good times had were not.

It's clear Bioware both had fun with this and put their heart into it. There were scenes where I had to pause the game to laugh and to tear up. Haven't had this good an experience with a video game in a while.

For some reason loved the volus pizza boy and meeting blasto.

But Wrex being back is always fun.

Overall even though going to play it some more, very very fun
