So far:
- Really funny. Some stuff made me laugh really loud.
- Really awesome, just feels cool stealthing with a pistol and hacking stuff.
- The ending of the conspiracy kinda made me feel sad ;( with clone Shep having no friends... damn
Biggest disadvantage:
- No ME2 squad mates during the conspiracy mission as far as I can tell? Couldn't use Jack, Miranda, Samara etc... :|
Overall: Still great

I presume all of the mystery yet to be uncovered from ME3 (origin of the citadel, keepers, how the catalyst couldn't implement his solution without shepard, who created the cruciable etc.) would be for future games to explain.
Which is fine

I keep leaving the Citadel (going to the Normandy) and coming back to see if I have new messages or invites, but I'm not getting any.

I don't understand why this couldn't have been made into post ending DLC. It would fit there perfectly as the most amazingly playable ending of all time. What a send off it would be!! Yeah, the Reapers are defeated, the galaxy is saved, but here's a loose end you wouldn't have seen coming!
At the very least, there could have been a bit more information given to the player on why it's CRITICAL to the war effort that the Normandy return to the Citadel IMMEDIATELY and remain in dry dock for days upon days. The need for R&R doesn't cut it when my crew mate just discovered the coordinates of Cerberus' secret base of operations. Maybe the transition will seem a little less jarring if I start Citadel earlier, but that will certainly diminish what I consider the DLC's primary function which is to serve as a substitute ending to the series.
Compaints aside, I'm very glad this DLC was produced, and I was happy to pay for it. Also, Grunt is my hero too.
EDIT:
Run through all the invites and meetings you can do at the moment. As you complete them new ones will be made available.ebevan91 wrote...

You don't invite them over unless for Garrus you have a romance scene. They have scenes that activate in the Sunset strip hub.

But this DLC is one of the BEST DLCs I've ever played, the jokes, the drama, the characters, the moments, everything. It's the ending the series should've gotten, that it deserved. No glowing kids, no idiotic philosophy, no red, green, blue. It ends with a party, with us getting drunk off our arses, celebrating a victory and waking up with a turian next to you.
It is the ending we should've gotten... but it is the goodbye we deserved.
Thank you.

I could see the party part perfectly fit after the game's Destroy Ending, a few months later. But yeah, even though the game was far from perfect, this DLC made up for the lack of humour and lighthearted scenes in it.

On the good side:
- A lot of interactions with characters, and we all know that it's the heart of the series that people care about
- Well written dialoque (even if it had A LOT autodialoque) it was so great that I personally loved it.
- It was VERY funny to play, loved pizza delivery guy, dancing vorcha and Javing meeting up... xD
- A lot of effort put into making. I know that tali VA does a great job but SINGING?! It was great and natural, not overly perfected. It sounded just like a normal girl singing and I loved the natural feeling it gave.
- Decent amount of shooting. Not too much not to little.
- Boss fight (finally a boss without plot armor). I loved it, even if the idea was not 100% original it did fill up the hole that was missing in this game.
- A lot of touching moments...too many to count.
- Arena... FINALLY a way to get cash, buy all of the weapons without having to play the whole game again and again and again.
On the bad side:
- Still no harbringer. Ignoring the villain that was build up in all of ME2 is not going to resolve it.
- Still badly photoshoped Tali face...Bioware should do something for people that waited 6 years.
- No Legion content. He is the only squadmate that was left...
- Not ending related - I mean it didn't add even one line of dialogue to it and thus it does not add any replay value.
- Not many furniture for the apartment...It would benefit from more customization.
Overall rating 8/10
Even it it didn't do much about existing in-game problems it still was a very high quality product that is totally worth it
While not most origingal, a little predictible and short it did fill some holes. Most of all this DLC showed that Bioware can still make good quality content. I must say personally that after DA2, ME3 (without EC) I was wondering if maybe the company will continue to fail their fanbase.
Now I think that MAYBE ME4 will have good quality like this DLC. I will not preorder it, but I will wait for it because it may have this something that only BW could create.
Pointers to BW:
- Keep making RPG, not shooters. Wider audience is good but your games were always about great story that we could interact with while being accompanied by great characters. A game like that is indeed art, because it's like a book or movie but compared to them you can interact...and this interaction is the most vital part of your games.
- A lof of your players love romances. Keep writting them
- A lot of players love EPIC moments. Don't do overly dark themed games, because a lof of people like to play epic content if their real lives are not so great.
- Don't say that something is "too video gamey" it's a game.
One last wish?
Give us one more story about the Shepard (of course I mean mine not yours

PROs
-the dialogue was great; so many comical moments (using Joker as bait, the batarian/vorcha confrontation with Ash, Blasto!, Sam sacrificing her toothbrush for Shep) to break up an otherwise bleak game.
-the ambient dialogue was fantastic! Hearing the different classes in universe have the discussions we've had on the forums was nice (Tech armor, the turian wishing he could roll, shields down? Charge!)
-background into the characters' lives (Anderson, squadmates from all three games, even NPCs like Sha'ira)
-side games, especially the return of QUASAR!!!
-length and amount of content was fantastic
CONs
-Combat. I did not enjoy ME3s combat at all, and the fighting in the DLC was probably some of the most annoying/frustrating in the game.
-The Arena. This was like multiplayer with training wheels for those who prefer SP. I tried it because, hey why not, but I'll definitely not be going back with any kind of gusto. As I said, I hated the combat and the rewards simply aren't worth doing it. (Alas, there's another 2 Achievements I won't be getting unles my OCD gets out-of-control)
-Limited utility of the apartment once the DLC is completed. This is more like 'I wish there was more...' rather than a 'zomg rage!' Like Shepard's ME1 apartment, or the Shadow Broker Base in ME2, Shepard's ME3 apartment serves it's purpose, but doesn't beckon for more. I understand the limitations and all, but it would have been nice to, say, call your LI to the apartment (like post-Suicide Mission ME2) or even have PMs show up at your apartment (in other words, integrating the Datapad app into the ME3 game proper)

This.
Thanks for the ride, Bioware! It was the best (even if it wasn't perfect)

This really was fan service and I commend bioware for that. A lot of fun and purely focused on getting to say goodbye to your characters.
This shows that Bioware cares about its fans. Or at the very least are tying to show that they care about their fans and are trying to mend fences.
This really seems to me like a very positive step. I think that it is likely that this DLC was not originally planed by Bioware as a DLC release.
I still have reservations about ME4 because CASEY HUDSON is still managing it. Hopefully he won't rule like a dictator and get final say on the ending.
I still don't understand why Hudson has been given ME4 based purely on ME3 and the resulting debacle.
The fact that Bioware thought they needed to do this DLC to try and mend fences with the fans shows how badly Hudson messed up.
Going to finish on a positive note. I was VERY VERY angry and upset with the whole ending debacle. The ending itself, the way that the fans were treated and belittled for daring to voice their opinions. I had pretty much made up my mind to never buy another Bioware or EA game (i still have yet to open my Star Wars the Old Republic which i pre-ordered).
However I feel that with this DLC Bioware are trying to show that they care and that in the future things may be better. Hopefully this turns out to be the case.

I will certainly not be purchasing a prequel game. I think the vast majority of fans do NOT want the next series of Mass Effect to be a prequel.
Please Bioware/EA do not wipe out any chance of redemption that this DLC has given you with a really bad prequel series. Such as the first contact war which you strongly hinted at in this DLC.
Please PLEASE NO PREQUEL!!

A reward was Phantom armor! Sweet! I may never leave The Citadel. Ever.
Also, just had Cortez and Vega over for some sports TV. Thanks Bioware for the nod to Seattle! (my home town! Wooohoo!)
So glad I'm not working this week! Having too much fun playing Mass Effect 3 now. Seriously hope for more time with Kaidan. When my legacy Shepard is finished, I'll start folding in all the others that are lined up waiting their turn.
Can't thank you enough Bioware! Cheers!
PS: That Traynor. What is wrong with that girl? Stay out of my bathroom already!

I'll. Be brief. The interaction with the crew was wonderful I laughed and got teary eyed at a few points. It great. Then I became extremely depressed. Because it was not post ending. After seeing such lovely touching moments, I realize what comes afterwards. This made the my final feelings to be a mix of sadness.,frustration and anger. Kinda how I felt. After seeing the endings for the first time. Not the sort of thing I want to feel. Now if this DLC was after high EMS destroy, it.would.have been perfect. As it stands now it only stands now as incredibly depressing scenario. As for the clone, I found unneeded. I mean if you wanted to add more in the villain department, why not more Harbinger? That conflict was building since ME 2.and that was tossed aside for reasons I'll never know. All in all it was very good. But I felt the artistic. Integrity defense should have been abandoned and place this dlc at the end.
Forget the ending! Let Citadel DLC be your end. HeadCannon the rest. We have our party! We have friendships. We have lots of beer. We have tipsy Quarian hiccups and Zaeed -> Samara pickup lines (major fail). We have Turian dating awkwardness. We have gambling! We are better actors than Blasto!
Forget the yuck ending. Don't dwell on it. Stay at the Citadel. Don't do Cronas. Be happy.

The biggest letdown for me was the lack of a new bonus power. I would have really loved one, like Wrex' stimpack ability.
As for gripes with the gameplay, I noticed a couple of issues. One was that the combat areas were too cramped and cluttered for my taste - I like it a little more open. The stealth aspects of the early parts was also disappointing, as enemies not only saw me through cover and started shooting, but they could also easily see me and target me while I was cloaked. Annoying. Oh, and even though my companion power use is set to None, Wrex kept spamming his stimpack ability until he ran out, every single combat encounter.
