It made me cry...just the perfect goodbye
I know what you mean. First time through with that final scene with Shep saying "The best". It was the perfect goodbye and was very emotional.
I'm just glad it's a game though since I can just reload the game and see all the characters again. That being said it's still kind of rough knowing it's over for these characters. You sort of get an empty feeling inside.
I think it's safe to say that like anything you really come to enjoy/love, it kind of hurts when it has to end.
So thankful that Mass Effect allows for many different experiences, and when it gets easier I can go back and re-live all the awesome moments </3

Wrex "Didn't we use to win these things?" was just classic.

This was the only instance in the game where in a fight I wanted to stick to the cover just so I could pay more attention to what members of Team Mako and Hammerhead are saying. And boy did they deliver.

Agree with you. The first playthrough was so sad, but each playthrough after gets better and there's less of an empty feeling. It's like a movie you've seen over and over again you start to know all the lines.
I'm also thankful that Bioware created this ME trilogy. It really is my favorite video game series.

The first half was pretty cool. I only have a few minor complaints. Firstly, am I the only one who guessed it was a clone when you talk to them in the office of the casino owner (whose name I forget right now)? The voice kind of gave it away. Secondly, I kind of guessed brooks would turn traitor, but only right before you get captured, so that's not too bad. Finally, the clone wasn't really developed enough. I mean, by the end you could feel sympathetic and get the feeling that (s)he's just lost, but it could have been built up more. In good things, I like the kind of theme that was in the background a little that what made Shepard great was his team, which I think many of us would agree with. Also, the whole squad in a firefight at once? Hell yeah!
For the second half, everything was perfect. There's really no other way I can put it. Character interaction was spot on.
Now Bioware, while I can't say that I liked the ending, I can say this: I appreciate that you sort of tried to fix it with the EC, but what the EC couldn't really fix was character closure. I am happy to say that you did that very well with Citadel, and while I still don't like the ending, I love this last bit of story DLC. So, thank you. Thank you for giving me and other gamers these wonderful characters to cherish and love, and thank you for giving us around 5 years or so of great, wonderful moments. I can't imagine anything really coming close.

I think thisparagraph deserves to be repeated a few more times

I love the apartment (would like to be able to use the apartment items) (also on the Normandy) and the interactions with the crew!! I laughed through a lot of it!!!
I love the chance for a romantic scene with James, I just wish he was a romance option for the whole game!!! <3 It would be cool to have the romance scence wake up in less clothes and show Shepard with the 'Victory Ring' on her dog tags!!!
I really enjoy the whole battle with the clone, it figure Cerberus would be sneaky!!
Thank you for this DLC!!! It was worth every penny!!!
I just wish the game would have an option where Shepard does live even if they are ending the game with Shepard!!! It is so depressing that Shepard dies or almost dies!! Shepard could take over for Anderson or Udina!!
Thank you for all the fun with Shepard, I have enjoyed it!

The only disappointment for me is not being able to use the apartment for real
1. not being able to use furniture ( sit, lay down ) at will like in Fall Out
2. Shepard doing a few various mundane task ( making coffee, watch TV etc.)
3. be able to use the hot tub with/without love interest at will
4 . have the closet available w/ new appearances for Shepard
the way it is it's pretty cold and lifeless, I think they would have been fairly simple animations
same for captains quarters on Normandy
Oh Well, still a good dlc
OP add your list if you agree

Sorry, but, when a small army is shooting at you and looking to kill you, you don't crack jokes and laugh about it. Shephard, in my eyes, has always treated every threat as at least semi-serious, being a person who realizes that even a civillian with an old gun can get a lucky shot and kill you.
To me, that made it feel a little unrealistic. Like the DLC was trying way too hard to prop Shephard and Squad up as the group of invincible badasses the galaxy has by then come to view them as. What's missing in my eyes, is the admission that the truth never lives up to the legend. The Shephard fans galaxywide will imagine the squad bantering like that, but they always struck me as the types who, under fire, remain professional and skilled.
..Yes, I know, silly gripe. Awesome DLC otherwise. Realy, you don't need my feedback to point out what was great. I'm quite sure whoever's reading this knows what's awesome about it by now (Read: Everything I didnt complain about).

Also - is all of the music really some dance music or am I missing something? I picked up the tracks from that game, but the music all still sounds the same. Not even sure the new music was added. Am I just missing something?
And of course, as everyone has said, it would be nice to be able to call up squad mates more than once. Add some life to the apartment.
Still loving it though! My "headcanon" ending.

Hmm...and you know, it would be awesome if I could import that squad picture from my console and set it up as my desktop background. Even though Thane, Mordin, and Legion are all missing, it would still be great.
Agreed, it would have been nice if Glyph had a selectable export option when taking the group photo.

yeah, maybe I do want it free
just paid for Genesis 2
so a freebee is OK sometimes
I don't really care for the free multiplayer DLCs

It's understandable to me that some would. After all the multi-player has had constant attention lavished on it until very recently, as well as five free multi-player DLC. We got the Extended Cut at no charge though, so that is something but it isn't hard to see why people may be miffed at the obvious bias toward multi-player.MetioricTest wrote...

Personally I loved the Citadel DLC. It shows that Bioware can still create great content when they want to. In fact the only complaint I can level at it is that it makes me think this "why on Earth couldn't they make the rest of the game this good!"

Just to spoke to Edi on the bridge and she mentioned how the Normandy is damaged and will need repairing before the year is out. With Shepard stating that if they survive he will spring for it.
I guess she really did record whatever she did with Traynor, forcing Traynor to erase her memory.
