I think I'm glad I played my alt first -- if I had played my primary first, I might never have tried out the other version. Kaiden is sweet, but Garrus just amazing.
Other thoughts? The clone plotline was fun. I really liked FemShep's reactions to her "other me" as things went along. I got some really good laughs at crew reactions to her comments and questions. "Do I really sound like that?"
It also really did make me misty and a bit teary-eyed in a couple of places when remembering lost friends. (I'm not going to spoil -everything- for everyone... lol)
I've seen a bit of commentary about how this DLC was purely "fan service" and really added nothing to the game. I suppose that depends on your play style. If, like me, you play for the plot and the characters and love the friendships and interactions with your squadmates, then Citadel is simply amazing. If you're out there because you play for the combat or just to "beat the game," and only do the plot stuff so you can reach those goals, then no, Citadel probably isn't for you.
Bottom line for me is that I loved it, and it made me feel a little bit better about my overall experience with ME3. I'm still not happy with the ending, but at least I feel like I got to tie up a few loose ends before that final assault. Thanks, guys. :-)
Oh, and the interactions with Zaeed were so well done. A really beautiful way to say goodbye to Robin Sachs. I can't tell you how much he will be missed. He's been such an integral part of so many BioWare games, I can't imagine how big the hole would be if you pulled his voice from all those places. Sleep peacefully, Robin. We'll meet you across the sea.

The character interaction was always the biggest thing for me throughout the entire series, so this was definitely a big pleasant surprise to me. On top of that, after primary "missions" of the DLC are complete, it provides enough vagueness in places to create a peacetime setting for those of us who want to keep using it after the reaper threat is resolved.

I love the apartment.
Loved the party but would have loved to have had a little after game trinket like say a copy of the party photo saved to the hard drive. That would have made it sweet.
Aside from that it was fun fun fun

Despite the Ending of ME3, this is still my favorite ME game, this DLC just makes it worth playing again.
BioWare, your next game must be like this DLC.
"Thats just my opinion, no need to go spreading it around"

Also, it made the ending better because I got the time with the NPCs before the end. I laughed so hard in many parts. T'was wonderful!

BioWare, I'm still very upset with you over the whole Star Child fiasco. But I think that this DLC proves that, on some level, you still care.
And, perhaps, so do I. *single tear*
Also, did anybody else not invite Jacob? I just hate that guy...

But I figured I just had to somehow express how much of a joy this DLC was to me.
For all the drama and hate you guys at Bioware have had to endure, know that you've probably made a lot of fans happy with Citadel. It truly was the best DLC I've ever played and an excellent way to wrap things up content-wise. In my eyes, you've more then redeemed yourself both through this and through all the DLC you've chosen to release for free, and I am once again very thrilled to see what Bioware has in store for the future.
Hats off to you.

It was a nice mix between action, drama, humour and slice of life and had a great deal of variety to keep us occupied without getting overly bored.
Overall it acted as a great bookend to an overall brilliant trilogy and, for me, it helped close out and flesh out the series.

I must say that Tali moves her hips like a pro, while Liara... well, let's say that her dancing is another thing that she has in common with Shepard

Awesome!!!
More like that. Or, ok people are going to hate me for saying this.......... Like this, but with better balance.
I'll explain.
After the ending of ME3 I went through alot of love with the mission's, but then I'd get to that ending and the best word I can use for getting through it, is that I suffered through them.
Citadel DLC was a smooth calming balm that took me from that low ad shot me up to where I want to be when I am playing a game.
However, looking to the future and narrative in general for a sequel to ME3, it occurs to me that keeping players on a high all the time would be a mistake.
In ME1 Shepard was grounded and had a moment of weakness, which he overcame and emerged an even bigger hero than before. To make the character so boss, that nothing scratches him is to make a character who is two dimensional. And Shep's anything but a 2 dimensional character. He's been through the ringer and then some. And we've seen him from happy to sad to angry to serene and more.
I'm not worried that BW can not create great characters....... but just in case the character designers think Citadel DLC characterisation is what players want all the time, take a moment to pause and reflect on the emotional range displayed by characters in ME2's loyalty missions. And the love players have for these characters.

LOL I agree! Could be the alcohol because I swear Liara in ME1 danced like a pro.
I also love the DLC. Just goes to show how attached to the characters we are. It especially wonderful to see how they interact with one another. Tranyor's toothbrush has to be the best moment in the DLC.
