I've enjoyed it, but on my second playthrough, I've run into bugs that seriously affect the party, like not being able to invite a majority of the characters on the party list.

First playthrough, no glitches and really enjoyed it though.

Like it so far. Combat seems a bit muddy. Maybe between my monitor and my eyes I can't spot the enemies too well. In other parts of the game I often hang back with a sniper rifle and pick folks off. Couldn't do that in Citadel because I had a hard time picking out targets as they were close to the same color and hue as the backround. Also, the mission where you escape from the wards... You're at the pickup point and a shuttle full of mercs show up instead. After working thru the endless waves you hear from Joker over the comm saying he's ready to pick you up. I had to circle the arena area three times before I accidentally moved into the correct location to trigger the pickup cut scene. Maybe it was a bug for me. But I had to walk to the very edge of the platform behind the merc shuttle before the scene triggered. There was also no map marker/waypoint either.

On the plus side, I did just play what might be the best scene of the whole series. Just finished off the battle with the clone. We're both hanging off the docking bay of the ship. The clone says something like "what makes you so different from me?" Then Shepard's friends save her. Meanwhile clone shep looks towards Brooks who slinks away. That summed up the whole series for me. PERFECT!

Now its party planning time...

My party is bugged. I can invite either the core group or everyone. Nothing in between. After inviting a few people but no all, if I choose throw party, only the core group is showing up. Also, after the party there are a bunch of emails about meeting a few other folks on the silversun strip, but those emails aren't available before the party and are only availavle after returning to the Normandy. In other words it is mostly impossible to pursue those encounters.

Given the fustercluck of the party invites and emails for silversun meetings, the DLC gets a buggy grade of D.

I R disappointed.       :?

Hey everyone! I've got a quick question about Miranda in the Citadel DLC since I have never romanced Miranda before yet this question randomly came to my mind: If she was romanced yet died in ME3 then is there any additional "dead LI" content with her like there is for Thane or Mordin (of course, you can't romance Mordin though)?
Thanks!
EDIT: Also, I loved the Citadel DLC. It was fantastic and a wonderful send-off to the franchise.

Awesome dlc. Lots of smiles, laughs, feels, and fun. Just a wonderful way to wrap up the series, and I'm still sad to see this incarnation end. So many inside gags, and so much fun banter, I couldn't take it all in one go. That's a great thing. I'm going to be playing this one alot.

It was awesome! I loved all the side trips you made with your crew members. The main plot was a little predictable, but enjoyable nonetheless.

I was a little disappointed with the decorating options for the apartment. I wanted to redecorate! The choices for that were disappointing. I do feel that there's very few people who actually care about that, though.

This is just a guess, since I haven't done a playthrough play out like that, but I think there isn't. Thane is special because he'll always die (and had no proper romance content before that, I think I heard), and Mordin also dies in just about every scenario (there is one tiny one that will see him survive, but to the far majority of players, he too will die on Tuchanka, if not in ME2).
I reckon their content was created with that in mind. Most people who romance Miranda will have her survive in their game, so it might not be worth the trouble to create.

But I could very well be wrong! Look it up on youtube if you want to make certain :)

Overrall I enjoyed very much the Citadel DLC.

The plot of the action segment is both intense filled with unexpected turns.
Characters are diferente in the DLC...lighter conversation, small talks, funnier and more relaxed than usual, which is a very nice approach for the interaction between people who have been working together for like three years. The dialogues portrait the characters closer.

The scenes on sheppard's loft are also very good. As a Tali lover, I enjoyed the scene with her, though I found it incomplete, it could be more exploited. It could give a chance for Shep and Tali to actualy hook up and enjoy life for a bit, but still, it was a beautiful scene.

No comments about the party scene... off the hook!!
Having everyone together was a great Idea.
Again, the party chapter is not perfect, I would have focused more on the converstaions and CGs during the dancing part.

Could also have something more the morning after.... at least with sheppard's Paramoure.

The Citadel DLC is not perfect, but it delivers just fine. it is a break from the sentimento of impending doom and melancholy that floods Shep and his gang.

My advice is: don't rush with the DLC, savor it. Don't run from the apartamento to the meetings in the Ward (I don't remember the name, "silver sun?")

In my opinion, a great deal of the magic that comes from mass effect emanates from the bonding between Shep and his crew. The ME3 didn't focus so much in building bridges from Shep to VEGA, Javik, Ashley (she doesn't come around in ME2), Tali, Miranda, Kasumi,....... so the CITADEL is the place where the talking and bonding is supposed to take place.

One of the shinning momentes of ME3, in my humble opinion.

PS: TALI RULES
