Making another character and I want that armor for this character since I know what I'm doing now and scratched the first one. Can I find it in the game without the code, bc im sure the set wont be on the next character.
Can I buy/find the full Dragon Armor Set in the game with other characters?

If your talking about the Blood Dragon Armor then you will have access to it on every character you make. Codes for DLC are account wide - you just need to be logged in to use them.

Each new character will automatically get the breastplate, and then you can buy the rest of the set at the vendor in your camp.
